We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery usually happens within 5-7 days after shipment, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible, and follow up on each order periodically.

We work with multiple delivery partners to allow us to reach as many zip codes in India as possible. If we can’t service your zipcode, we’ll let you know and try to find a way around.

Yes, absolutely! We understand that privacy can be a concern, so we’ve made the buying experience as discreet and seamless as possible. All packages are shipped in plain corrugated boxes with minimal branding on the outside. Still, we’d recommend ordering to an address where you’re able to receive the package yourself, to avoid unwanted interceptions. If you have any other special considerations or requests, please send us an email, and we’ll do our best to help you out.

We’ll shoot you an email confirmation, which will be your receipt. If you don’t have email, you’ll receive a text when our shipping partner picks up your items. If payment has been deducted from your account and you don’t hear from us, reach out and we’ll help you out.

Once you have your order tracking number, you can use our Track Order page to check on the status. If that doesn’t help, reach out and we’ll see if we can help you out. 

Your tracking number will be assigned to you once we’ve processed and shipped your order. You should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you can’t find it, you can also sign into your account and check your previous orders tab. If you’re still having trouble, reach out and we’ll help you out!

We do our best to ship all your items together, so that it’s convenient and environmentally friendly too. But sometimes certain products aren’t immediately available, in which case we may send them separately. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on all the details of your shipment.

We take most forms of digital payment, including all types of credit & debit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Amex), most wallets & UPI (i.e. Paytm, Google Pay etc.), and net banking. We’re always working on adding more forms of payment (hello crypto)!

Nope, we currently do not offer COD. Adding a COD option becomes expensive for brands, and they tend to pass this cost onto their customers. We believe in a seamless, non-complicated buying experience.

Made a mistake on your shipping address? Fear not – reach out to us at the email address below and we’ll see what we can do. The sooner you reach out, the easier it will be to change the address, especially if it hasn’t left skintific HQ.

Usually you can cancel your order within 24 hours by reaching out to us. However, we try to ship our orders out as soon as possible, so once your order has been shipped we won’t be able to process any cancellations.

Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in certain circumstances – you can check out our Returns page for more info. Make sure you reach out within 48 hours of receiving your products!

Firstly, If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, then we’re sorry! We work really hard on quality control and this may have slipped through the cracks. If you reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt and show us how the product is damaged/defective, we’d be happy to help you replace it. Check out the Returns page for more info.

How sad! We’re sorry the product isn’t what you expected. As long as you haven’t opened it, reach out to us within 48 hours and we’d be happy to initiate a refund. Check out the Returns page for more info.

Please allow up to 15-30 days from the day we receive the returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.

If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.

Put simply, yes. You have the fun, let us do the worrying. We’ve spent lots of time choosing the right range of products to ensure we are on the right side of the law. The Indian Consitution grants citizens the right to privacy within their own space, and therefore the usage of bedroom essentials within your own bedroom doesn’t break any laws. All our products are manufactured/procured legally and have been registered where necessary.

Yes, our products are safe. Our team has tried and tested each product rigorously, and we have a robust beta-testing program in place too. Made in reputable factories, our products have also been registered / certified, where necessary. That being said, every body is different – so if you have sensitive skin or have any averse reaction, please stop using immediately and consult a doctor.

If you face any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use of the product immediately. If you have an adverse or allergic reaction, consult your doctor. Those with sensitive skin are advised to do a patch test beforehand.

We’ve looked far and wide to bring you the best stuff to use on your body. We’re proud to champion Indian manufacturing where possible, and hope to one day be fully Make in India. For now though, the highest quality stuff (especially in our little niche) is made for the world in places like China.

Yes, our products are vegan friendly.

Unless you consume a large amount, there should be no major side-effects from ingesting any of our products, other than (maybe) a loose stomach. That being said, try snacking on something else instead. If you have any adverse or allergic reactions, please consult your doctor immediately.

Since all our products are made with natural ingredients (and no preservatives), we suggest using them soon after opening. The individual product shelf lives are available on the product pages.
